31 | As required all extras/claims to the contract will be submitted in writing and will set out any required adjustments to the schedule of the work. Any additional work to be performed will be initiated upon receipt of a formal notice of approval and an instruction to proceed. All Time and Materials work requests will be charged out at our standard published rates. |
32 | We exclude any requirements pertaining to default insurance coverage. |
